In our 1000PS Top Awards, the 1000PS editorial team selects the best motorcycles of the year in various categories. With the Bosnia Rally and other tests, we were also out and about a lot on unpaved roads in 2023, especially on adventure bikes of all kinds. So it's time to determine the best touring enduros for off-road use. But which motorcycles actually make it into the ranking? Basically, all touring enduros that were available as new vehicles from the manufacturer in 2023. We have defined the term "touring enduro" broadly and considered everything from the small bikes, such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan or Honda CRF300 Rally, to the really big bruisers, alá Harley-Davidson Pan America or Triumph Tiger 1200. Also included are dual-sports such as the 690/701/700 enduros from KTM/Husqvarna/Gas Gas, as these motorcycles also have some touring qualities, especially with a rally turret like our TuneUp Gas Gas ES 700, and are often in direct competition with the lightweight touring endur
