Os restantes componentes também se portam bem, tanto os travões como a suspensão não querem assustar ninguém com demasiada dureza, mas não atingem imediatamente o limite mesmo com pilotos mais desportivos. O visual é agora mais coerente, o farol LED minimalista enquadra-se perfeitamente no visual angular.

Considerando o ponto de partida da família KTM Duke, a 690 Duke é um incrível passo em frente. O motor é extremamente refinado e, ao mesmo tempo, robusto para um monocilíndrico de rua.
