Na minha opinião, a KTM é a mais desportiva de todas as enduros de turismo de gama média. Se está à procura de uma máquina de turismo que seja brutalmente ágil em estrada e fora de estrada, vai encontrá-la aqui. Ao mesmo tempo, porém, o chassis e o motor oferecem conforto e boas maneiras suficientes para evitar que o piloto enlouqueça mesmo em etapas de ligação mais longas.

Quem pensou que a nova 8980 SMT iria desempenhar um papel de apoio desnecessário entre os modelos 890 Adventure e 890 Duke, provavelmente enganou-se.
