Grâce à Ride by Wire, on bénéficie désormais aussi sur l'Africa Twin de modes de puissance, le contrôle de traction peut être réglé sur 7 niveaux (au lieu de 3 auparavant) et désactivé. La DCT en option est toujours une grande réussite et procure beaucoup de plaisir, mais elle coûte aussi beaucoup.
