BMW M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT with British Racing Green
Visually, the special edition clearly differs from the regular M 1000 RR. The paint finish in British Racing Green Uni Matt takes centre stage in the design and is bound to instantly evoke memories of classic road racing machines. Added to this are specific TT graphics featuring selected sections of the Mountain Course. Particularly interesting: on the left fairing side you'll find left-hand corners of the legendary road course, while the right side shows the corresponding right-hand corners.
Further visual highlights:
- Carbon airbox cover with TT logo
- Mountain Course graphic
- Alcantara seat
- painted aluminium tank in satin chrome
- black tail frame with TT branding
- black swingarm
Limited BMW M 1000 RR with collector's details
The TT Edition is based on the BMW M 1000 RR with M Competition Package, however without the pillion package. In addition, the bike receives several exclusive equipment features clearly aimed at collectors.
These include:
- milled numbering on the triple clamp
- certificate of authenticity
- M Race Cover Kit
- M paddock stand mounts
- rear paddock stand
- M motorcycle mat with TT logo
BMW Motorrad and the Isle of Man TT
When presenting the special edition, BMW Motorrad repeatedly references its own TT history. As early as 1939, Georg Meier won the Senior TT on a BMW RS 255 Kompressor. The brand also achieved further successes on the Mountain Course in later years. In the modern era, riders such as Michael Dunlop and Peter Hickman have particularly drawn attention on BMW superbikes. Especially impressive remains the current all-time lap record set by Peter Hickman in 2023: 16:36.115 minutes at an average speed of 219.4 km/h on a BMW M 1000 RR in Superstock specification.
BMW M 1000 RR Limited Edition Isle of Man TT Availability
The special edition will be limited to 115 units worldwide and will launch to coincide with the 115th running of the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy in 2026. BMW Motorrad has not yet announced prices or specific market launch dates.
