Nya Ducati Multistrada 1200 S är en mycket framgångsrik ny upplaga av den extra sportiga touringenduron. Föregångarens svagheter har uppenbarligen analyserats i detalj och korrigerats: tack vare DVT-systemet arbetar motorn nu också harmoniskt i det lägre varvtalsområdet och sittpositionen är nu också mer lämplig för komfortorienterade förare. Elektroniken har uppgraderats massivt; ingen annan touring enduro är så omfattande utrustad. Från de många justerbara lägena för kraftöverföring och fjädring till bromsar och kurv-ABS av högsta standard. Även om den "normala" Multisrtrada 1200 saknar vissa elektroniska finesser, är den också billigare och går inte sämre att köra överlag.

The BMW S 1000 XR is a superbly crafted performance motorbike with a proud pedigree that shines with impeccable touring characteristics and solid touring capability. A wide range of accessories either trim the bike even more in the direction of sport or equip it for the great journey. With ABS and ASC as standard, you're always on the safe side and always relaxed thanks to the pleasant ergonomics. Just don't misunderstand the XR as an enduro for on/off-road, but see it as the evolution of a sport tourer.
