Problemet med Streetfighter V4 S med Euro4-motor, nämligen ingen kraft i det lägre varvtalsområdet men explosion i det övre varvtalsområdet, har till stor del åtgärdats med uppdateringen till Euro5. Även om de motbjudande 208 hk fortfarande bara är tillgängliga vid 13 000 rpm, är SF V4 S nu också acceptabel vid lägre varvtal. Ergonomin och köregenskaperna är fortfarande bra, och den elektroniska Öhlins-fjädringen är som bäst. De brutala Brembo Stylema-stopparna firar återigen förkärleken för racerbanan. Apart from the high price, the biggest shortcoming of the new V4 is probably the self-control required to avoid being handcuffed in traffic.
