With the Hypermotard 698 Mono, Ducati has produced an incredibly good debut model! The bike takes all the qualities you look for in a road-legal supermoto and raises them to a highly modern and mature level. You won't find a comparable single-cylinder engine these days, while the electronics package rounds off the concept. Yet it is pure, unreasonable and playful - like a real hooligan bike.

A true poser bike that does not have to hide on the country road. On the Ducati Hypermotard, you automatically feel cooler - from the moment you fire up the magnificent V2 to the moment you get off the saddle completely exhausted. Compared to other supermotos, the Ducati Hypermotard 950 needs to be ridden with determination, and that demands constant concentration. But it rewards this with brutal acceleration and a stable cornering position - no matter what speed. If you want to take an even sportier approach and perhaps make a detour to the race track now and then, you should go for the SP version. But for self-confident country road hunters, an excellent choice!
