The Suzuki GSX-S1000S Katana is based on the naked GSX-S1000 and therefore impresses with all the quality and inner values of a typical Japanese machine. The Katana also has what it takes to become a visual classics, as it is the first to take up the style of the 1980s. The riding position is surprisingly comfortable and the height of the handlebars allows for comfortable control. With its low front fairing, it may not be a true touring machine, but it can certainly pass as a crossover bike that combines retro, naked and touring perfectly.

Absolut rekommenderad för förare som gillar sportig körning men som inte vill avstå från fördelarna med ett touringfordon. GT- eller standardversionen är en fråga om smak: om du gillar att accelerera, huvudsakligen kör på bra vägar och är bekväm med ett fast chassi, kommer standard Tracer 9 att tjäna dig mycket bra. De som vill ha lite komfort på toppen och även köra längre turer då och då kommer att uppskatta komforten och extrautrustningen hos GT.
