Comme son prédécesseur, l'Aprilia Tuono V4 est une naked bike et non une moto explicitement destinée au tourisme. Par rapport à la version Factory, les techniciens de Noale ont toutefois habilement rehaussé le guidon, monté une selle plus confortable et fixé un pare-brise plus grand. Ainsi, la Tuono V4 est toujours aussi élégante, mais elle peut effectivement partir en excursion plus loin que sa sœur extrêmement sportive.
