Toujours le juste milieu. Nettement plus facile à conduire qu'une 350. Pas aussi nerveuse, mais un peu plus lente. Elle a de la puissance et du couple à revendre. La 501 est franchement superflue. Cette moto n'est pas trop faible. Ce n'est probablement pas le choix le plus cool, la 450 a été "mainstream" pendant des années, mais au cours d'une dure semaine d'enduro, c'est le meilleur partenaire que l'on puisse souhaiter.
