La Speed Triple reste fidèle à sa ligne dans sa dernière génération - une moto naked délicieusement affûtée, qui marque le style streetfighter comme peu d'autres modèles. Pour la piste de course, elle n'a qu'un intérêt limité - bien sûr, le moteur trois cylindres rugissant de 140 ch procure énormément de plaisir et le châssis ne présente pas de grosses faiblesses, mais il existe une Speed Triple R avec des éléments de suspension Öhlins, qui se sent naturellement plus à l'aise sur la piste de course. Dans l'ensemble, la Speed Triple S est un excellent chasseur de routes, qui a également beaucoup à offrir sur le plan esthétique.
