La version 1 litre du Neo Sport Cafe Racer montre que le juste milieu n'est pas toujours nécessaire. Il faut dire honnêtement que le plus grand de tous les représentants est aussi celui qui se sent le plus "adulte". Les caractéristiques / options électroniques de la variante + de la 1000 ne laissent presque rien à désirer et la maniabilité est particulièrement agréable pour cette catégorie. Un cornering ludique avec un châssis bien réglé, des freins mordants et un poids réduit semblent être la recette du succès de la facilité de conduite. En matière de puissance, la CB1000R+ doit malheureusement faire des concessions : avec 145 ch, la Honda n'est pas une fusée brachiale, mais elle est d'autant plus contrôlable. Et 145 ch pour 213 kg avec le plein, c'est plus que suffisant sur la route pour un plaisir de conduire maximal !
Ducati Monster 2021
On peut toujours discuter de l'esthétique et de l'absence de cadre tubulaire en treillis, mais la Monster actuelle est tout sauf laide. En principe, elle ferait une excellente Moto naked de tous les jours, avec une ergonomie agréable et un système de freinage qui ne surprendrait pas les non-initiés. Même la suspension très souple peut être considérée comme un compromis acceptable, mais pour une Ducati, on s'étonne qu'au moins la fourche avant n'ait pas été configurée de manière un peu plus ferme. Malheureusement, le moteur charismatique se cabre fortement à bas régime et ne révèle son magnifique caractère de V2 que sur la route. Mais dans l'ensemble, cela reflète très bien l'image globale du Monster : une Ducati typique qui, en termes de suspensions et de freins, est également bien adaptée à la conduite quotidienne.
