Le moteur de 114 ch provient de la série Hypermotard et bien que la petite Multi S doive transporter 30 kilos de plus que l'Hypermotard 950, elle peut être conduite de manière très rapide. Il devrait être évident que le confort est très important sur une moto d'aventure. Équipée d'une électronique riche, elle est capable de faire tout ce qu'une moto de tourisme moderne doit faire et offre en plus une option extrêmement raffinée avec la suspension Skyhook à réglage électronique.
