The electric naked bike is full of unique technical solutions that you don't see on other E-Bikes. This gives it an extremely good riding performance and agile handling. Unfortunately, however, the Can-Am Pulse suffers from the same two problem areas that affect all electric bikes: The short range and a high price. Yet for electric fans, it is definitely worth a test ride.
