Moto Guzzi V7 Sport 2025

Moto Guzzi V7 Sport 2025

Moto Guzzi has done a lot of things right with the reorientation of the V7. The changes to the engine for Euro5+ deserve great praise, because not only has the typical character of the air-cooled V2 been retained, but there is now significantly more torque and power available, especially in the mid-range. The fact that the V7 Sport even has a 6-axle IMU with cornering ABS is a perfect match for the new 320 mm double disc brake, which raises the V7's brakes by two classes. What remains are the relatively stiff shocks and the LC dashboard, which does not suit the V7 Special as well as the previous analogue clocks. All in all, the V7 2025 series is a great success.

Motor can be used very well over the entire range

brakes good in both bite and modulation

unmistakable character

Lacklustre LC display

"Wooden" shocks

Royal Enfield Classic 650 2026

Royal Enfield Classic 650 2026

The Classic 650 combines a consistent retro look with riding pleasure suitable for everyday use and real character. It does have a few small shortcomings, but they are bearable. You also have to come to terms with the rather high vehicle weight. On the other hand, it slows you down without limiting you, has a strong character, is easy to ride and delivers exactly the feel-good vibes that retro fans are looking for - both when touring and in everyday life.

Charming in-line two-cylinder engine with sufficient power for country roads and leisurely motorway rides

Extremely successful retro look with great attention to detail

Consistent retro shapes

Pleasant riding position

Harmonious steering behaviour

Not very loud, but nice bassy sound

Relatively heavy

rear brakes toxic, front brakes rather lax

transmission somewhat imprecise in places
