Pros and Cons in comparison

Pros and Cons in comparison

Kawasaki Z900 RS SE 2022

Kawasaki Z900 RS SE 2022

Kawasaki has done everything right with the Z900RS SE. The fact that the already very good and extremely charismatic Z900RS has been further upgraded with noble components not only feeds pride of ownership, but also brings the small advantages in the very sporty serious case that bring the summit victory. I would modify the saying "The better is the enemy of the good" for RS SE and RS as follows: "The better is the friend of the good." Whether RS or RS SE, retro at its best.

Suzuki GSX-S1000GX 2024

Suzuki GSX-S1000GX 2024

The Suzuki GSX-S1000GX does a damn good job as a crossover bike. The range of possible uses is huge. You feel equally comfortable in the saddle when riding in a sporty style and when travelling comfortably. A very practical bike with which you can have a lot of fun and enjoy touring long distances.

insanely good engine

great reponsiveness, great torque curve

Very good integration of the quickshifter including perfect shifting

Very high-quality overall impression - the bike is very reliable

Very stable riding performance in all situations

Good electronic suspension enables a very wide range of use

The bike looks authentic both as a comfortable touring machine and as an aggressive sports bike

Pleasant seating comfort

Accessible and logical operation of the electronics

Very harmonious riding performance

Hardly any vibrations and no disturbing noises - the bike presents itself very confidently

automatic mode of the suspension adapts optimally to different road conditions

The maximum payload is 198kg. For a touring motorbike, this is a little too tight

The extensive standard equipment in this price range lacks a centre stand and heated grips Integration of sat nav is cumbersome - no suitable mounting point available, standard software not a fully-fledged solution

Standard tyres seem unwieldy and spoil the great impression

Windscreen can only be adjusted with tools
