Efter tre år och tusentals timmar av design, utveckling och testning lanserar Schuberth den nya S3 år 2023. Under utvecklingsprocessen tillbringade ingenjörerna, teknikerna och testförarna enormt mycket tid i vindtunneln och på vägen för att noggrant finjustera designen av S3 för att erbjuda varje förare bästa möjliga huvudskydd, aerodynamik och aeroakustik.

S3, som är efterföljaren till S2, är Schuberths nästa steg inom sporttouring-segmentet och är den första integralhjälmen från tyskarna som uppfyller den nya ECE 22.06-standarden. S3 är utformad för att kombinera prestanda och säkerhet hos en racinghjälm med komforten hos en touringhjälm - och fortfarande uppfylla de höga kraven på säkerhet, aerodynamik och aeroakustik.

Efter Schuberth C5 och E2 är S3 den tredje i gruppen som uppfyller standarden ECE 22.06
Som vanligt är fokus på säkerheten. Utöver de fällbara hjälmarna C5 och E2 är S3 den tredje hjälmen som uppfyller de nya säkerhetsstandarderna ECE 22.06. Den har en skal av glasfiber med extra kolfiberförstärkning, vilket ger förbättrad stötdämpning med lägre vikt. S3 är också utrustad med SRS (Schuberth Rescue System). Vid en olycka kan kindkuddarna tas bort av räddningspersonal och räddningstjänst. Detta minskar krafterna på nacken och gör det enklare att ta av hjälmen.

Schuberth ställer inte bara höga krav på säkerhet utan också på bärkomfort för sitt S3-hjälm. Detta säkerställs genom fyra huvudelement: EPS-geometri, ventilation, aeroakustik och stoppningens kvalitet. Med justerbar huvudventilation och luftutlopp i spoilern ger S3 en konstant luftström. Innerfodret ger en säker passform, hög hastighetssäkerhet och komfort under långa resor. Stoppningen är tillverkad av antibakteriella och andningsbara tyger från Italien. För att passa alla huvudformer ingår S3 i Schuberth Individual Programme med många anpassningsmöjligheter.
Schuberth SC2 kommunikationssystem är enkelt att installera!
Slutligen är den nya S3 redan från fabrik förberedd för Schuberth SC2 kommunikationssystem - förkopplad med HD-högtalare, HD-mikrofon från Sena, tre antenner för Mesh Intercom, FM-radio och Bluetooth Intercom. Tack vare Mesh 2.0-tekniken är det nu möjligt att ansluta till ett praktiskt taget obegränsat antal deltagare. SC2 erbjuder även Advanced Noise Control, en digital assistent och en räckvidd på upp till två kilometer. Allt du behöver göra är att ta bort två små lock på sidan och baksidan av hjälmen för att klicka i fjärrkontrollen och huvudkommunikationsenheten - att installera kommunikationssystemet kunde inte vara enklare!
Priser, färger och ytbehandlingar för nya Schuberth S3 2023:
För 2023 erbjuder Schuberth den nya S3 i följande färger och dekorer: Tre enfärgade och två dekorer (Daytona och Storm) med tre färgkombinationer vardera - totalt 9 dekorer/färger för det kommande året. S3 kommer att finnas tillgänglig i sju storlekar från XS (53) till 3XL (65). De enfärgade hjälmarna kostar från 549 euro, de dekorativa hjälmarna kostar 649 euro.
