Novi Ducati Multistrada 1200 S je zelo uspešna nova izdaja izjemno športnega potovalnega endura. Slabosti predhodnika so bile očitno podrobno analizirane in odpravljene: zaradi sistema DVT motor zdaj harmonično deluje tudi v spodnjem območju vrtljajev, sedežni položaj pa je zdaj bolj primeren tudi za udobno usmerjene voznike. Elektronika je bila močno nadgrajena; noben drug touring enduro ni tako celovito opremljen. Začenši s številnimi nastavljivimi načini za prenos moči in vzmetenje, tudi zavore in sistem ABS za vožnjo v ovinkih so na najvišji ravni. Čeprav "običajna" Multisrtrada 1200 nima nekaterih elektronskih trikov, je tudi cenejša in na splošno ne vozi nič slabše.

The BMW S 1000 XR is a superbly crafted performance motorbike with a proud pedigree that shines with impeccable touring characteristics and solid touring capability. A wide range of accessories either trim the bike even more in the direction of sport or equip it for the great journey. With ABS and ASC as standard, you're always on the safe side and always relaxed thanks to the pleasant ergonomics. Just don't misunderstand the XR as an enduro for on/off-road, but see it as the evolution of a sport tourer.
