The R nineT is a best-seller thanks to its successful overall concept and has served numerous customisers as the basis for a wide range of conversions. Compared to a Thruxton, however, the BMW does not appear authentic in all details, and on the poor road surfaces in the Alps, the suspension may be tuned too hard or the exhaust may be too loud in the long run.
