Yamaha MT 125 je eleganten, a športen naked motocikel, ki ima veliko moči, zlasti v spodnjem območju vrtljajev. MT dopolnjujeta pokončen položaj sedenja in dobra vodljivost. Pomanjkljivosti pa sta, da niso vgrajeni smerniki LED in da izstopate nad merilnikom hitrosti, ko je zgornji del telesa nagnjen naprej.
