Nova, vredna izdaja družbe Honda. Čeprav v standardni različici ne blesti tako močno kot z Öhlins Gold v različici "SP", je Fireblade v letu 2017 veliko boljši motocikel. Paket elektronike je dober, vodljivost odlična in položaj sedenja zelo dober. Motocikel je videti kot enotna celota in bo razveselil Hondine ljubitelje.

With the R 1200 RS, BMW has once again returned to the values expected of touring professionals in a highly professional manner. The RS is therefore not a light, compact motorbike, but it offers wonderful stability, comfort and excellent wind protection over long distances.
