Speedy 400 je res pametno golo kolo razreda A2 po nizki ceni. Motor bi lahko bil nekoliko bolj okreten, vendar majhen Speed 400 ponuja lepo ploskev navora v srednjem razponu. Zaradi nizke teže je vodljivost povsem dobra, vzmetenje pa ponuja ustrezen kompromis med udobjem in športom - s težnjo po udobju. Čeprav imajo zavore le en kolut spredaj, so resnično učinkovite. Nazadnje je tudi elektronika dobila točke, saj je vgrajen celo sistem za nadzor vleke, ki ga je mogoče izklopiti.
