Novi Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 je vizualno tesno povezan z enovaljnim sestrskim modelom Continental GT 535, tehnično pa je naredil velik korak naprej. Vzporedni dvovaljni motor z 48 KM in 53 njutonmetri navora je živahen in prefinjen, vodljivost je presenetljivo stabilna, prepričljive pa so tudi zavore. Elektronske funkcije so zaman, vendar čudovit videz cafe racerja ostaja povsem pristen. Tudi cena je v Evropi postavljena tako nizko, da Royal Enfield ne bi smel več veljati za čudaškega eksota.
