Com melhores componentes de suspensão da Öhlins e Kayaba, uma pintura mais agradável e um preço justificadamente mais elevado, a versão SP é claramente a escolha mais desportiva da gama Yamaha MT-09. A potência bruta do motor não permite que a MT-09 SP seja conduzida de forma confortável, mas isso não é necessário na "Special" - a diversão está claramente em primeiro plano!

A versão de 1 litro do Neo Sport Cafe Racer mostra que nem sempre tem de ser o meio dourado. Com toda a honestidade, deve ser dito que o maior de todos os representantes também se sente o mais "adulto".
