A bateria descarrega-se com relativa rapidez quando o carro está parado, pelo que não são aconselháveis períodos de inatividade superiores a 10 dias, a não ser que tenha uma tomada eléctrica mesmo ao lado do lugar de estacionamento. Para o carregamento, deve também ser instalado um cabo de carregamento que termina no porta-luvas, uma vez que o acesso rápido à bateria é dificultado pelo revestimento frontal. Ao comprar uma scooter, não se esqueça de perguntar se a atualização do software já foi instalada na scooter!
