De Yamaha Tricity is en blijft een vreemd voertuig. Twee wielen vooraan trekken zeker veel aandacht. Maar als je weinig ervaring hebt en een stabiele scooter voor stadsverkeer wilt, is er waarschijnlijk geen betere oplossing. De Tricity slikt kuilen met gemak en kan ook worden gebruikt bij slecht weer. Je hoeft echter geen geweldige acceleratiewaarden of actief bochtenwerk te verwachten.
