La Suzuki SV 650 non è cambiata molto rispetto al suo predecessore, cinque anni fa. Il motore è stato aggiornato alla normativa Euro5 e ora è ancora più maturo, il che si adatta perfettamente al resto del pacchetto. La SV 650 non vuole spaventare nessuno, soprattutto i principianti. Il telaio dà un'impressione di solidità e assenza di agitazione, i freni richiedono molta forza manuale per evitare una frenata eccessiva. Il look è senza tempo da un lato, ma dall'altro alcuni componenti sono davvero un po' datati. D'altra parte, il prezzo è equo, come sempre per Suzuki.
