Honda CB1000GT 2026

Honda’s attempt to develop a sporty touring model based on the Hornet has been a great success for the Japanese manufacturer. With a high level of comfort and an impressive range of standard features, the new GT also scores highly in terms of sportiness. You hardly notice the 229kg weight, either whilst riding or when stationary, giving it a very lively feel. Its appearance is also impressive, thanks to its sleek lines, skilful design and colour scheme. But what is likely to win people over most is the value for money. Priced at €17,490 in Austria and €14,429 in Germany, Honda has really slashed the price. When you also take into account the extensive standard equipment (electronic suspension, cruise control, heated grips, Keyless Go, case system, etc.), the Japanese manufacturer has really gone the extra mile. However, anyone keen to add the GT to their garage will need a little more patience: the first vehicles aren’t expected to be delivered until the second quarter at the earliest. There is one small consolation, though: anticipation is half the fun!
Honda NT1100 DCT 2022

The NT1100 has the potential to be a big hit in the travel segment. Honda has done its homework brilliantly in many areas. The final consistency on the subject of safety features prevents an even better rating of the tourer. Nevertheless, it is one of the best touring motorbikes I have ever ridden. A little courage for additional equipment variants and more colour could bring the NT 2023 right to the front.
