The Aprilia RS 457 is an impressive bike in the A2 category, which impresses with its harmonious combination of a powerful engine, sporty handling and attractive design. The engine delivers dynamic power, whilst the suspension offers a sporty and precise riding experience. The ergonomics and the sound also contribute to a positive overall impression. However, there are weaknesses in the brakes, particularly in terms of modulation and the behaviour of the ABS system at the limits.
Kawasaki Ninja 500 SE 2027
The Kawasaki Ninja 500 SE impresses as a versatile bike with an excellent power-to-weight ratio that is suitable for both sporty riding and everyday use. With a powerful 450cc two-cylinder engine and a weight of just 171 kg, it offers agile handling and sporty riding performance. The riding position is comfortable and the brakes and clutch work precisely and reliably. Although the bike has no traction control, the engine is easy to control. The outdated display and menu navigation as well as the average sound of the engine are criticised. Despite these shortcomings, the Ninja 500 SE offers excellent value for money and is an attractive choice for riders in the A2 segment.
