The 2026 Kawasaki KLE500 is no off-road monster, but rather a well-balanced A2-category adventure bike with a clear all-round focus. It impresses with its sturdy suspension, docile engine and well-designed ergonomics, marking a solid fresh start for Kawasaki in the adventure segment. It does have a few minor flaws, though only one of them is truly annoying.
Aprilia Tuareg 660 2022
The Aprilia Tuareg 660 is an extremely smooth-running adventure bike. This applies to the linear revving engine, the fine clutch and the low weight of the Italian. It scores particularly well off-road. At the Bosnia Rally, it was able to take on almost everything and was even convincing in crisp off-road terrain. Small weak points, such as an engine that dies too quickly and a screw on the gear lever that is in danger of breaking, can hardly spoil the fun on it. With its powerful travel, the lightweight is interesting for all adventure bike riders who have off-road ambitions but want more electronics than in the purist Yamaha Tenere.
