Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX 2025

Kawasaki Ninja 1100SX 2025

The standard version of the Ninja 1100SX also benefits from the most important upgrades for 2025: the more practical engine, the revised traction control and the changed gear ratio make the Ninja fit for the future. Minor weaknesses such as the high fuel consumption and low payload diminish the overall impression somewhat. Yet the Ninja 1100SX SE remains an excellent sporting motorcycle for riders looking for comfort and dynamics in equal measure.

Four-cylinder suitable for everyday use and yet fun to ride

high stability, solid workmanship

high touring capability

quickshifter and traction control operate at a high level

great reponsiveness even in Sport mode

Relatively high fuel consumption

fork with weaknesses in reponsiveness

Triumph Tiger Sport 800 2025

Triumph Tiger Sport 800 2025

The Triumph Tiger Sport 800 presents itself as a versatile sport touring motorcycle that offers a successful blend of sportiness and suitability for everyday use. Particularly noteworthy are the new 798 cubic centimetre three-cylinder engine with its linear power delivery and yet still plenty of character, as well as the well-tuned Showa suspension, which offers both comfort and stability. The features with quickshifter, cruise control, cornering ABS and traction control as standard also emphasise the bike's modern aspirations. The ergonomics are accessible to many riders thanks to the low seat height and narrow design, while the fuel consumption and range are impressive. However, the wind protection shows weaknesses, especially for taller riders. However, this hardly detracts from the overall impression, especially when the price of the Tiger Sport 800 is taken into account. No other new crossover bike offers this kind of value for money.

Smooth, powerful three-cylinder engine with a width usable torque curve

well-tuned suspension for comfort and stability

low seat height and accessible ergonomics

maintenance interval of 16,000 km

extensive standard equipment including quickshifter, cruise control and cornering ABS

attractive price

high maximum payload

good braking performance

Insufficient wind protection with loud turbulence for taller riders

no "resume" button for the cruise control

splash protection at the rear without side cases rather moderate
