Pros and Cons in comparison

Pros and Cons in comparison

Honda CB750 Hornet 2023

Honda CB750 Hornet 2023

The new Hornet 750 is a really successful naked bike that sets itself above most competitors in the upper entry-level bike class with its wonderfully agile and powerful engine, balanced handling and chassis, comfortable riding position and, last but not least, its extensive electronic equipment. Actually, it comes very close to the middle class, only the boring swingarm and the narrow 160 rear tyre (which, however, helps the handling enormously) do not quite fit into this segment. However, it is hardly more expensive than the entry-level bikes, and instead a few, sometimes even many thousands cheaper than the mid-range. That makes it an unbeatable offer!

Powerful, high-torque engine

good brakes

comfortable seating position

agile handling

well-balanced chassis

extensive electronics

affordable, optional quickshifter

excellent price

Steel box swing arm not particularly sexy

Honda GB350S 2025

Honda GB350S 2025

The Honda GB350 S is not a bike for the pub-talk - it is a bike for people who prefer riding to talking. Its virtues lie not in numbers, but in feeling. And that is precisely why it fits so well into the 1000PS best time concept. Because here, too, it's not the pure lap time that counts in the end - but what happens between the start and finish. Strengths: Weaknesses:

Wonderfully smooth engine running

precise modulation

honest ride feel

surprisingly good handling

classic look with technical maturity

high-quality workmanship

low fuel consumption

very smooth-running clutch

Too little power when overtaking in 70 km/h or 100 km/h zones annoys even relaxed drivers

very defensive traction control
