The Vespa GTS 125 Supersport is a stylish, comfortable scooter suitable for everyday use that really comes into its own in the city. Its modern, liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with 14 Horsepower offers enough power to glide through traffic in a relaxed manner, and thanks to the familiar Vespa design, the appearance remains elegant and classic. The GTS 125 is a good choice for commuters who are mainly travelling in the city.
Yamaha YZF-R125 2021
The Yamaha YZF-R125 in the 2019 version makes journalists' lives difficult. You search and search for a fault, but can't find one - simply frustrating! Because the 15 hp single-cylinder with variable valve timing (VVA) performs excellently and is undoubtedly one of the best power units in the 125cc class. The handling is convincing in everyday life as well as on the racetrack, even if the chassis shows its sporty side on bumps. But we are on a super sports bike, so that is not a serious point of criticism. Maybe I need to ride the R125 for a few weeks to find its Achilles heel after all....
