Benelli 752 S 2021

If you like Italian design and the design language of MV Agusta's Brutale series in particular, you will find the Benelli 752 S a particularly stylish partner. The setup of the suspension and braking system is very well done, and the riding position is comfortably upright - in other words, it meets the standard you would expect on a modern mid-range naked bike. The engine's acceleration is also mediocre; more could certainly be achieved by revising the injection electronics. On the other hand, the features of the Benelli 752 S would fit into a higher class, with LED lighting all round, a fat USD fork and even a TFT colour display, it makes quite an impression.

The GSX-R 750 is the golden mean in many respects. It offers a level of performance that doesn't overwhelm you on the road, but at the same time gives you a lot of pleasure. On the one hand, it is relatively inexpensive, but on the other hand, it is still fast enough. The GSX-R 750 is a great supersport machine. If you don't value superlatives and just want a good motorbike, go for the GSX-R 750 and use the money you save to treat yourself to race training on the Nordschleife....

Excellent engine response

great controllability

comfortable seating position even for tall riders

reliable technology

perfect transmission.

Unspectacular at the regulars' table

brake pads and lines too lax for racetrack use

long final gear ratio
