Suzuki GSX-S1000GT 2024

The Grand Touring variant of the GSX-S combines the supersport genes of the model series with an amazing amount of touring potential. The top chassis and the bombastic engine guarantee riding pleasure. At the same time, the ergonomics are versatile enough to make relaxed stages possible. As a genuine sports tourer, the Suzuki takes both sport and touring seriously and manages this compromise extremely well. Only the gear ratio could be a little shorter for country road use and technocrats might miss lean angle-dependent systems. Apart from that, however, the GSX-S GT offers lavish features and a well-rounded overall package.

Awesome engine with lots of torque from the centre

Stable chassis

Versatile ergonomics

Good sound

Top quickshifter

Good price-performance ratio

Rather long gear ratio

windscreen not adjustable

no lean angle sensor

shock could do with more damping

Suzuki GSR 750 2017

A razor-sharp design with an aggressive front and narrow rear - just as speedy street raiders have always wanted. It is a pity that the rear swingarm was neglected (officially for weight reasons, unofficially for cost reasons), and the front dual-piston brake system seems a little weak. However, the performance during the ride, both at high speed and in tight corners, is quite good.

Attractive overall appearance

stable handling

successful tuning of the suspension elements

sufficient comfort

easy-to-read instruments.

Brake system requires a lot of manual force

box swingarm not particularly pretty
