A motorbike in this performance class probably cannot be more accessible. The XR wobbles playfully through the radii and immediately inspires confidence in the saddle. Even long tours are easy and you are always relaxed when getting out of the saddle. However, the sporty look of the BMW also awakens desires for a little thrill. However, the power unit cannot quite fulfil these desires. The engine, transmission and quickshifter are a little too tame overall and could do with a little more sportiness.

Overall, the Voge DS900X offers excellent value for money and could be an interesting option for many beginners as well as price-conscious riders.
