We're not talking about the stew, which does a good job and is great for cruising. It's the chassis and braking system, which are no longer up to date for a motorbike of the 21st century. Those who are aware of this can spend wonderful hours with the Imperiale 400 - motorcycling as it was back then.

Other manufacturers do not offer nearly as much technology, quality, rideability and fun in one vehicle. The fact that the CTX is not fish and not fowl is both positive and negative, I have taken it to my heart.
