Triumph Rocket 3 R 2019

Triumph Rocket 3 R 2019

The Rocket 3 R can certainly be considered the sporting cannon among the two Rocket 3 models: Cannon, because the engine with its incredible 2.5 litre (!) capacity pushes as expected, like a cannonball, and sport, because this huge machine is surprisingly easy and precise to control, despite a ready-to-ride weight of over 300 kilos. The seating position is successfully active, the brakes stable and the electronics with cornering ABS, traction control, four riding modes, cruise control and colour TFT cockpit complete and up to date. Added to this is the thoroughly attractive and high-quality appearance, which makes it a real pleasure to present the motorbike with the world's largest standard engine and torque in front of the ice cream parlour.

A monument of an engine, yet super controllable

good brakes

pleasant ergonomics

neutral handling

world record for displacement and torque

Ducati XDiavel S 2016

Ducati XDiavel S 2016

The X Diavel S from Ducati can do much more than you give it credit for. It rides nimbly and agilely through wide radii. In tight radii, you need a little pressure on the handlebars, but for a motorbike in this class, it offers unbeatable lean angle freedom. You can ride it sportily at high speeds. High-quality brakes and a great chassis complete this surprisingly agile riding machine. Clearly, the X Diavel S rides at least as well as it looks.

Surprisingly easy to handle on wide radii and also when cornering

At high lean angles, significant pressure on the handlebars is necessary

strong set-up torque when braking for corners
