Anyone who regards the BMW F 750 GS merely as an entry-level bike is doing it an injustice. Although the low seat height, easy handling and pleasant engine response are indeed suitable for beginners, the "small" GS is also a lot of fun for advanced riders. The Royal Enfield Himalayan is a real retro touring enduro. Apart from ABS, the bike does without any riding aids - but with its low power, you will rarely need aids such as traction control. Its appearance is definitely unique and brings a breath of fresh air to the current segment of touring enduros. In addition to its looks, the Himalayan scores with its easy rideability and a very comfortable seating position. Only the performance of the brake is disappointing. Despite good hardware, it takes a lot of power to stop the Royal Enfield. That's why you can call it a real retro bike - not only its looks, but also its technology is full of retro charm.
