Touratech is adding four current VOGE adventure bikes to its suspension programme. The new progressive replacement springs are offered as model-specific sets for the fork and shock absorber and cost 279 euros regardless of the model. For the VOGE DS 525 X and DS 625 X, variants with a 25-millimetre lowering are also available.

Touratech Suspension for VOGE DS 525 X to DS 900 X
The new range covers a large part of the VOGE adventure family. Touratech offers the suspension components for the VOGE DS 525 X, DS 625 X, DS 800 X Rally and DS 900 X, each from the 2025 model year onwards. The four models cover different areas of use within the VOGE lineup. The DS 525 X is positioned as an accessible entry-level model, while the DS 625 X is more powerfully engined. The DS 800 X Rally is geared towards long-distance touring and off-road use, while the DS 900 X represents the comprehensively equipped flagship of the adventure family. The concept behind the new Touratech products is consistent across all models: rather than replacing the entire suspension, the stock springs in the fork and shock absorber are replaced with progressive replacement springs.
All Touratech Suspension Kits for VOGE at a Glance
The new range comprises a total of six different sets. Four of them use the standard ride height, while two further options enable a 25-millimetre lowering on the DS 525 X and DS 625 X. The price for all six suspension kits on offer is 279 euros each. Differences lie in the model-specific configuration and in the two optional lowering variants.

Progressive Springs Instead of a Complete Suspension Overhaul
Touratech relies on a progressive spring rate for the new kits. Unlike a spring with a constant rate, a progressive spring builds increasing resistance as compression increases. According to Touratech, this allows the suspension to respond sensitively to small bumps while simultaneously offering greater reserves under heavier compression. The VOGE models are intended to benefit from this both on the road and under more demanding off-road conditions. Touratech specifically highlights use with luggage, a pillion, or additional equipment. In these situations, the progressive setup is said to provide additional reserves. Under hard braking, the bike should dive less deeply, while bottoming out is to be prevented under high loads.
Fork and Shock Spring Sets
Touratech does not limit the upgrade to either the front or rear end. The new kits are supplied as a matched set for both the fork and shock absorber. The range therefore consists of model-specific rather than universal spring sets. The delivery also includes fork oil with a specification that Touratech states is precisely matched to each respective application. The springs are developed in collaboration with Hyperpro and manufactured in Europe.
VOGE DS 525 X and DS 625 X Can Be Lowered by 25 mm
An additional option is available for the two models VOGE DS 525 X and DS 625 X. For these, Touratech offers a lowering spring set alongside the regular suspension kit. According to Touratech, the seat height is reduced by 25 millimetres. This is intended to make it easier to get your feet on the ground. The reduced height can be particularly advantageous on a fully loaded bike or on uneven terrain. However, the lowering does reduce the available suspension travel. Touratech states that the spring characteristics have been tuned accordingly, so that off-road capability should be largely retained despite the reduced usable travel. There is no price difference compared to the regular spring set: both the standard and the 25 mm lowering variants for the DS 525 X and DS 625 X each cost 279 euros.

DS 800 X Rally and DS 900 X Get Their Own Spring Sets
Touratech has also developed appropriate solutions for the larger models in the range. For the VOGE DS 800 X Rally from the 2025 model year, the set is offered under part number 058-5861. It includes progressive replacement springs for the fork and shock absorber and also costs 279 euros. The same applies to the VOGE DS 900 X from the 2025 model year. Its spring set carries part number 058-5862 and is offered for 279 euros. This means that regular suspension kits are available for all four VOGE adventure bikes mentioned, while the additional lowering option is reserved exclusively for the DS 525 X and DS 625 X.
Suspension Upgrade Also Targets Loaded Touring
With the expansion of its suspension programme, Touratech is not targeting off-road use alone. Particularly on adventure bikes, additional payload changes the demands placed on the suspension. Touratech therefore explicitly names luggage, pillion operation and additional equipment as use cases for the progressive springs. The concept is designed to combine comfortable responsiveness to smaller bumps with increasing reserves under heavier loads. The new spring sets are thus aimed both at riders who use their VOGE primarily on the road and on well-maintained tracks, and at those who ride with higher payload or in off-road terrain.
Touratech Expands Suspension Range for VOGE
With the new suspension kits, Touratech expands its suspension programme by six variants for four VOGE adventure bikes. The DS 525 X, DS 625 X, DS 800 X Rally and DS 900 X each receive progressive replacement springs for the fork and shock absorber. Two additional variants with 25-millimetre lowering are added for the DS 525 X and DS 625 X. The price remains consistent: each of the six sets costs 279 euros. Fork oil with a matched specification is included in the delivery, and the springs, developed in collaboration with Hyperpro, are manufactured in Europe. Further information and the model-specific suspension components are available directly in the Touratech web shop.
