Generous Ventilation for Warm Riding Days
A key focus of the new Touratech DUSTRIDER is air circulation. Large 3D mesh panels on the chest, sides, back, and thighs are designed to provide excellent airflow. Additional ventilation openings in the shoulder area and double zippers at the sleeve ends further enhance air circulation. For use on tours and off-road, Touratech employs a material mix of abrasion-resistant base fabric, elastic inserts, and added reinforcements. High-stress areas are reinforced with ripstop material, while leather patches on the inner knees are intended to improve grip with the bike.

The regulated airflow in the suit ensures a comfortable ride.
Comprehensive Protector Setup as Standard
When it comes to safety, Touratech equips the DUSTRIDER as standard with protectors at the shoulders, elbows, back, hips, and knees. It features Seeflex Level-2 protectors for the shoulders, elbows, and knees, as well as a Seesoft Air Level-2 back protector. According to the manufacturer, both the jacket and pants are certified to EN 17092-3:2020 in protection class AA.
Variable Weather Protection with "Over-Under" Principle
The weather protection concept of the DUSTRIDER is particularly noteworthy. It includes a waterproof and breathable suit made from a three-layer Hydratex laminate. The rain jacket and pants can be worn either over or under the main textile suit, according to personal preference. This "Over-Under" system by Touratech is designed to provide maximum flexibility in changing weather conditions. Long zippers make it easier to put on the rain pants even while wearing boots.

Everyday Suitability for Long Journeys
For travel use, Touratech has integrated a total of 15 pockets into the system. Eight are located on the jacket, four on the pants, and three on the waterproof outer jacket. Additionally, the DUSTRIDER is equipped with a hydration system setup featuring a hose guide on the back of the jacket. The fit is designed as Regular Fit to offer a balance between mobility for off-road riding and comfort on longer road trips. Adjustable options at the arms, cuffs, and waist allow for personalized fitting.
