In addition to the suspension, protection and cooling have also been upgraded:

• New protective cap on the CPC fuel connector to guard against dirt and water.
• Revised cooling system with a new cap and standard thread for easier handling.
• Factory-installed radiator fans on the KTM 300 EXC and all EXC-F models.

Additional detailed enhancements include forged triple clamps, Neken handlebars, Brembo brakes with a hydraulic clutch, Keihin throttle bodies, and ODI lock-on grips. Other features include the Offroad Control Unit, high-strength GIANT aluminum wheels, a powerful LED headlight, and injection-molded integrated plastic parts.

The 2026 update introduces a fresh KTM orange with striking red accents on the fork guards and tank spoiler covers. The new bodywork is also designed to enhance cooling airflow. A black, grippy seat cover and textured contact surfaces on the frame and tank complement the ergonomic concept. For increased rear wheel traction, KTM equips the bikes with Maxxis tires featuring an optimized MaxxEnduro compound.
