Touratech Compañero Rambler PRO

The Compañero Rambler PRO is made from GORE-TEX® Pro 3-layer laminate, which is designed to offer high waterproofness and breathability. Particularly stressed areas are reinforced with ARMACOR® with KEVLAR®, while special seams with resilient specialty thread are meant to provide optimized abrasion and tear resistance.

To protect against impact forces, the suit features certified protectors at the shoulders, elbows, back, hips, and knees. The protectors at the shoulders, elbows, back, and knees meet protection Level 2, while the hip protectors are certified to Level 1.

Touratech pulls out all the stops: alongside the high safety standard, the Touratech Compañero Rambler PRO offers a well thought-out ventilation system. The VCS Aquadefense system, developed by REV'IT!, is designed to enable efficient air circulation. Vents on the chest and thighs let airflow through the Ballistic Mesh fabric. An additional VCS front ventilation system with double zipper is meant to provide further cooling in warm weather. So hopefully the suit will also be a good "Compañero" during the summer months. In bad weather, the waterproof-sealable flaps and the TIZIP® main zipper are designed to provide protection against rain and moisture.

A water column of up to 28,000 mm is meant to put an end to wetness. The inner jacket is removable and can be used separately as a casual jacket - Touratech is aiming for versatility here.

The Compañero Rambler PRO is available in both a women's and a men's version. Specially adapted cuts as well as generous stretch zones at the knees and seat are designed to provide high wearing comfort, even on long tours. Straps for width adjustment allow individual fitting, while details such as zippers on the jacket sleeves are meant to make putting on and taking off easier.

Practical features such as waterproof outer pockets, a large rear pocket, and a removable balaclava are also part of the equipment. A zipper is also meant to allow the jacket and pants to be connected.
