KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK with Radical Lightweight Design
The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK is all about weight reduction. Body parts are largely replaced with carbon, and unnecessary attachments are completely removed. The result is an extremely streamlined package, designed by the manufacturer for maximum agility and performance. This machine stands as an uncompromising hyper naked track weapon, with no concessions made for everyday usability.
Suspension and Chassis of the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK
KTM takes the chassis a step further beyond the RR base model. The frame is specifically tailored and stripped of all unnecessary mounting points to save every gram. Up front, it features a WP APEX PRO fork with closed-cartridge technology straight from motorsport. This setup aims to provide more consistent damping, precise feedback, and a better connection between rider and asphalt. The fork is fully adjustable, allowing for quick spring changes without removal. Compression, rebound, and preload can all be individually fine-tuned.
At the rear, a WP APEX PRO inline shock is employed. This component is directly derived from WP Factory Racing development and offers extensive setup options. In addition to high- and low-speed compression and rebound adjustments, its length can also be customized.
Additionally, mounting points for telemetry systems are integrated, enabling advanced data analysis.
Wheels, Slicks, and Superbikes-Level Braking System
The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK rides on forged magnesium wheels with a 7-spoke design, which are about 1.5 kg lighter than the cast wheels of the standard version. Titanium bolts throughout the bike further contribute to weight reduction and enhance the power-to-weight ratio. It's fitted with Michelin Power Performance Slicks, which are said to heat up quickly and utilize technology from the MotoGP domain.
For the braking system, KTM employs a superbike-level setup:
- Brembo GP4 MS Monobloc calipers at the front
- 320 mm T-Drive brake discs
- Brembo P2.34 caliper at the rear
- Corsa Corta radial pumps
LC8 V-Twin Engine with Up to 202 HP
At the heart of the KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK is the renowned LC8 V-Twin from the 1390 SUPER DUKE R. It delivers 196 HP at 10,000 rpm, with the Ram-Air system pushing it up to 202 HP at 250 km/h. The maximum torque is 151 Nm. Undoubtedly, this engine unleashes brutal acceleration and should provide ample reserves even if you pick the wrong gear.
The KTM 1390 SUPER DUKE RR TRACK comes standard with a full Akrapovic Evolution Line. Combined with new engine tuning and a racing air filter, this setup is designed to deliver power and torque gains across the entire rev range.
Reduced Electronics for Track Use

The 4.2-inch TFT display features a specially adapted user interface, allowing the display to toggle between full information and a reduced view focusing on RPM and gear.
A special coating on the display is designed to minimize reflections and improve readability under racing conditions.
