Aprilia Factory Family 2026: Where Aerodynamics Meet Design

For 2026, Aprilia rolls out its Factory familycomprising the RSV4 Factory, Tuono V4 Factory, RS 660 Factory, and Tuono 660 Factorywith bold new graphics designed to highlight the bikes' aerodynamic features. These graphic updates seamlessly blend aerodynamic lines with bold colors. The RSV4 Factory and Tuono V4 Factory sport a color combination of purple, white, and reda nod to Aprilia's racing designs from the 1990s, most recently seen on the RSV4 XTrenta.

The RS 660 Factory and Tuono 660 Factory, on the other hand, receive the striking Shakedown Yellowa modern take on the classic yellow hue of the original RS 660.

Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica: Racing Spirit for Young Riders

With the RS 457 GP Replica, Aprilia introduces a sportily equipped special edition of its lightweight supersport bike. Targeted at A2 license holders, it combines agile handling with technical features reminiscent of racing machines. The GP Replica visually distinguishes itself with its black-painted frame, swingarm, and top yoke, a solo seat with a passenger cover, and a design inspired by the RS-GP MotoGP bike. The GP graphics blend glossy and matte black tones with sponsor logos from the Aprilia Racing programa tribute to the racing department in Noale.

Aprilia SR GT 400: The Sporty All-Rounder

With the SR GT 400, Aprilia enters the mid-range GT scooter segment. The new 400cc single-cylinder engine delivers 36 hp at 7,500 rpm and has a dry weight of approximately 186 kg. The chassis features a double steel tube frame, a 41 mm upside-down front fork, and two gas-charged rear shock absorbers with separate reservoirsboth offering 120 mm of travel.

The scooter features ATC (Aprilia Traction Control), ABS with two mappings, a 5-inch TFT color display, and the Aprilia MIA system for smartphone connectivity, including navigation and voice prompts. The fuel tank holds 12 liters, enabling ranges of over 300 kilometers. Despite a ground clearance of 190 mm, the seat height remains moderate at 820 mm. There's space under the seat for a full-face helmet, along with a keyless system and a USB-C port in the storage compartment.

In 2026, Aprilia places a strong emphasis on design and technical finesse. The Factory series highlights its aerodynamic expertise visually, while the RS 457 GP Replica brings motorsport character to young riders.
