Engine: Lighter and more powerful

The engines of the EVO Factory MY 2025 differ in several aspects from the standard versions. The 2-stroke models feature magnesium crankcases, reducing the weight by 1.35 kg, thereby enhancing the bike's agility. This is complemented by profiled clutch plates for more precise control and a titanium exhaust, which further reduces weight and boosts performance in mid and high RPM ranges.

In the 4-stroke models, the electronic control unit has been revised to enhance spark stability. A new titanium silencer reduces weight and optimizes performance.

Beta EVO Factory MY25 Chassis: Enhanced Precision and Adaptability

The front fork of the EVO Factory MY 2025 has been redesigned and features a larger diameter of 39.1 mm. This increases torsional stiffness and improves steering precision. The asymmetrical design allows for separate tuning of suspension and hydraulics, while the aluminum body of the monoshock reduces weight and enhances control during jumps and obstacles.

Design and Components

The 2025 model year also brings visual and functional adjustments. A matte gray frame with red and blue accents, along with anodized components like the handlebars and triple clamp, give the motorcycle a modern look. Additional features include Galfer Racing brake discs, Michelin X-Light tires, and BrakTec brake pumps, which ensure high braking performance and durability.

The Beta EVO Factory MY 2025 is aimed at trial riders seeking a powerful and adaptable bike. The models will be available from January 2025.
