KTM 1290 Super Adventure S 2022 vs. KTM 1190 Adventure 2016

The KTM 1290 Super Adventure S model year 2022 and the KTM 1190 Adventure model year 2016 are both enduro motorcycles with similar technical specifications. However, there are some notable differences between the two models.

On the other hand, the KTM 1190 Adventure is praised for its combination of sport and comfort, buttery smooth gearbox, powerful and well-controllable engine, excellent seating position, handy chassis, sophisticated electronics, and lean angle ABS.

In terms of weaknesses, the KTM 1290 Super Adventure S is criticized for having the gearshift assistant as an extra cost option, an idiosyncratic look, and a tight seat. The KTM 1190 Adventure is criticized for its engine jerking a little below 3000 revs, not looking as independent as its predecessor, and not being as smooth gliding.
