Zero LS1 2026

Zero LS1 2026

The Zero LS1 is Zero's successful first foray into the electric scooter segment. Its riding performance is particularly strong: Thanks to its low centre of gravity, centralised masses and clean setup, the LS1 is surprisingly dynamic, stable and even really entertaining for an A1 scooter. In addition, there is a clever battery concept, very good range values and high suitability for everyday use, at least with two batteries and full storage space. The scooter's main weaknesses are the display, which is too dark, the ergonomics, which are not quite ideal for taller riders, and the somewhat fiddly removal of the batteries. Overall, however, Zero has brought a remarkably mature and serious electric scooter onto the market, which will appeal to riders who are looking for an inconspicuous, practical and at the same time convincing electric vehicle in terms of driving dynamics.

Surprisingly dynamic and stable riding performance

low centre of gravity and centralised masses have a noticeably positive effect

high range, especially with optional third battery

large and usable storage space with two batteries

Full-face helmet fits under the seat

Batteries can be removed and charged in the vehicle

ABS and disengageable traction control as standard

Top speed suitable for everyday use

Display too dark in direct sunlight

Operation of the display not particularly intuitive Ergonomics somewhat cramped due to high footboard and low seat

Battery removal somewhat fiddly due to narrow opening

BMW CE 02 11kW 2024

BMW CE 02 11kW 2024

With the CE 02, BMW wants to have created a new type of vehicle: The eParkourer. In fact, the vehicle combines features of the scooter and motorbike class and creates something very independent. The design is polarising, but the technology underneath works well. The riding performance in particular deserves praise, even if unfortunately only ABS is available on the front wheel. Anyone looking for an exciting electric companion should consider the CE 02.

Exciting look
