The Indian Scout 101 is without doubt a great bike that offers impressive power, excellent handling for its class and modern technology in an attractive overall package. However, with a price of over 21,000 euros in Austria and 19,000 euros in Germany, it is no bargain either. Those who can do without the full equipment with fully adjustable suspension and double disc brakes can fall back on the cheaper models. The Scout 101 is a bike that not only looks good, but is also a real pleasure to ride. A real highlight in the cruiser segment that makes you want to pull on your helmet and ask yourself: "Why didn't I ride a Scout before?"
KTM 690 SMC R 2022
A large, powerful single cylinder, a stable chassis, just over 160 kg of tractive weight and modern electronics for support - the key data alone suggests a lot of riding pleasure. In 2024, the SMC-R may be a little dusty in some respects and is no longer the undisputed queen of road-legal supermotos, but it can still offer a lot of supermoto fun and performance.
